Terms of Service

Welcome to Earnqo. These Terms govern your access to the Earnqo platform at earnqo.com (the "Service"), operated by Earnqo Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use rewards platforms in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current information at signup (email, age range, country) and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Multi-accounting is fraud and forfeits all earned balance.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any 2FA factor secure.
• We may require KYC verification before high-value withdrawals.

3. How you earn

Earnqo aggregates offers from third-party advertising partners. Completing an offer credits your account when the partner reports the conversion. We do not guarantee any specific offer is available in your country or for your account.

4. Withdrawals

You can withdraw your cashable balance via the payout methods listed at signup time. Minimum withdrawal, fees, and processing time vary per method and are shown on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals may be paused for fraud review.

5. Reversals & chargebacks

If an advertising partner reverses a completed offer (typical reasons: chargeback, fraud, suspicious behavior), we will debit the corresponding amount from your balance. We email you when a reversal happens.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to complete offers
• Use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your country
• Multi-account, sell accounts, or trade accounts
• Submit fake personal data to bypass KYC
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or burden the Service

Violations may result in: forfeit of balance, account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to advertising partners.

7. Raffles

Raffle outcomes are deterministic from a publicly-verifiable beacon plus the ticket chain. We don't guarantee any specific raffle will draw — operational issues may cancel a raffle, in which case ticket purchases are refunded in full.

8. Referrals

Referral commissions are paid when a referred user completes their first cashable offer. Self-referrals, household-referrals, and abuse are not paid.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you accept the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You can close your account from /settings/privacy — a 30-day grace window lets you change your mind. After the grace window expires, your profile and any remaining cashable balance are permanently deleted.

We may suspend or close your account for repeated TOS violations.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll notify you in-app and via email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any claim is capped at the lifetime amount you have withdrawn from Earnqo or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction TBD], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
