Welcome to Earnqo. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Earnqo. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

2. Earnings and rewards

Rewards on Earnqo come from completing offers, surveys, raffles, and other promotional activities provided by third-party partners. Earnings are credited in USD-equivalent and tracked in your wallet ledger.

3. Payouts

You may request a withdrawal once your balance meets the published minimum for your chosen payout method. Earnqo reviews each withdrawal for fraud signals before disbursing funds. Disbursement times depend on the payout provider.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree NOT to: use multiple accounts; use automated software, bots, or VPNs to manipulate offer completion; provide false personal information; or interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Account termination

Earnqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Forfeited balances may be used to compensate affected partners and the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Earnqo provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will trigger a re-acceptance prompt at next sign-in.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
