Refund Policy

Earnqo doesn't sell goods or services for cash — there's nothing to "refund" in the e-commerce sense. The cases below cover the moments your balance can move backwards.

Raffle ticket refunds

• Raffle cancelled by admin (operational issue, fraud investigation, etc): full refund of every ticket bought, to your cashable balance.
• Raffle completed: no refund. Losing tickets are how the prize pool is funded.
• User cancels their entry: not supported. Tickets are committed at purchase time.

Withdrawal cancellations

• Before payout submitted: you can cancel from /wallet and the full amount returns to your cashable balance instantly.
• After payout submitted to processor: cannot cancel. If the processor rejects the payout (bad address, etc), funds return to your balance automatically.

Offer reversals

If an advertising partner reverses an offer completion (chargeback, fraud), we debit your balance for the reversal amount. We email you with the reason.

Subscription / paid services

Earnqo currently doesn't sell subscriptions. If we add them, refund terms will be documented at the purchase surface.

Disputes

Think a debit or charge is wrong? Email [email protected] within 30 days with the reference ID. We investigate and refund if the debit was in error.
