Responsible Play
Last updated: 15 May 2026
Earnqo is entertainment-first — completing offers for rewards should fit your routine, not consume it. This page is the resource if you (or someone close to you) feels the rewards loop has stopped being fun.
Healthy use looks like
- Completing offers when you're already on your phone, not while delaying sleep or work.
- Setting a personal time budget (e.g. "30 minutes a day"). The app does NOT auto-enforce this — you're responsible for honoring it.
- Treating raffles as entertainment, not investment. Lose-money cap: zero. You can only enter raffles with balance you've earned for free.
Warning signs
- Skipping meals or sleep to grind offers.
- Hiding the app or spend from family.
- Feeling anxious when you can't open the app.
- Chasing a "due" raffle win after a string of losses.
Tools we offer
- Account self-suspend: /settings/privacy → "Pause my account for X days" disables sign-in until the date elapses.
- Permanent close: /settings/privacy → "Request account deletion" — 30-day grace window, then everything is gone.
- Spending opt-outs: in /settings, you can disable raffle ticket purchases and turn off marketing emails that nudge engagement.

How we work to prevent harm
- Hard 18+ age gate at signup.
- No paid spending beyond raffle tickets purchasable with already-earned balance.
- We rate-limit raffle ticket purchases per user, per raffle.
- We email anyone whose raffle-ticket spend pattern suggests harm with a link back to this page.
