How to use Earnqo

Getting started

  1. Sign up at /signup with email + password (or Google / Apple / Discord).
  2. Verify your email — we send a link instantly. Without verification you can’t withdraw.
  3. On first login a 3-step onboarding asks for your age range, gender, and up to 3 interests. The answers shape which offers we recommend to you.
  4. You’re in. The Home tab shows daily-bonus, recommended offers, and live raffles.

Earning rewards

The Earn tab lists every available offer for your country, device, and account level.

  • Offers — apps to install, surveys to fill, sign-ups to complete. Payouts vary from $0.10 to $50+.
  • Surveys — third-party survey panels (CPX, BitLabs, TheoremReach, Pollfish). Routed through our screening so you only see surveys you qualify for.
  • Tasks — quick installs and short engagements (OGAds-style).

How crediting works:

  1. You tap Start. We open the partner page in a new tab with your tracking ID attached.
  2. You complete the offer in that tab.
  3. The partner sends us a server-to-server postback when they confirm the completion (anywhere from seconds to 24 hours).
  4. We credit your balance and send you a notification with a link to the offer details.

Multi-task offers (level up to 60 in a game, for example) credit incrementally — each level fires its own postback.

Wallet & withdrawals

The Wallet tab shows three numbers:

  • Available — what you can withdraw right now.
  • Pending — credits whose partner is still verifying.
  • Lifetime earnings— every cent you’ve ever made on Earnqo.

To withdraw:

  1. Tap Withdraw in the Wallet tab.
  2. Pick a method — PayPal, USDT (TRC-20), Skrill, Payeer, Perfect Money, M-Pesa, MTN Money, Amazon / retailer gift cards.
  3. Enter your destination details (email / address / phone).
  4. Enter the amount (at least the per-method minimum, less if you’re VIP).
  5. Submit. Fee + estimated arrival time appear before you confirm.

Most withdrawals process within a few hours. Cancel before processor pickup from Wallet → your pending withdrawal.

ID verification (KYC)

KYC is required before withdrawals over the threshold (typically $100, varies by country).

  1. Visit /kyc.
  2. Upload a government ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID).
  3. Take a quick selfie so the partner can match it to the ID.

Verification is handled by our partner Didit. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, never shared with advertisers, and deleted when you close your account (subject to AML retention windows).

Raffles

Raffles convert your balance into a chance at a bigger prize.

  • Free raffles — daily / weekly / monthly draws with no ticket cost. Enter from /raffles.
  • Paid raffles — buy tickets at $0.10–$5 each. Cap per user shown on the raffle page.
  • The winner is computed deterministically from a close-time random beacon + every ticket purchase — no admin can pick the winner.

If a raffle gets cancelled (rare, e.g. fraud investigation), every ticket you bought is refunded to your balance in full.

Scratch cards

Free daily scratch cards (and premium paid cards) live at /scratch.

Free cards have a daily play limit. Premium cards cost from your balance and have a published expected value + top-prize amount. The reveal is server-decided — your connection dropping mid-reveal is safe to retry, the outcome is already determined.

VIP tiers grant bonus daily plays and a free weekly premium card.

Referrals

Earn from every friend you invite.

  1. Get your referral link from /referrals (or share the QR code).
  2. They sign up via your link.
  3. You earn a commission when they complete their first cashable offer.

VIP tiers boost the commission percentage. Self-referrals, household referrals, and fraud do not pay.

VIP tiers

Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond.

XP from offer completions and daily activity carries you up. Each tier unlocks one or more of:

  • +% on every offer payout
  • Cashback on lifetime earnings
  • Lower minimum withdrawal
  • Discounted (or zero) withdrawal fees
  • Faster withdrawal SLA
  • Priority support reply
  • VIP-only raffles + chat room
  • Bonus daily scratch plays
  • One free premium scratch card per week
  • Yearly birthday bonus
  • Custom tier badge in chat + profile

Tier decays if you don’t maintain minimum monthly earnings (currently $5 in 30 days). You see your current XP and the next tier’s threshold on /profile.

Settings

  • General: display name (2-32 chars), language, currency, timezone.
  • Avatar: pick from 50 animal avatars. Admin team has a separate 10-avatar pool with a gold crown.
  • Notifications: per-template channel matrix (email / push / in-app / SMS), grouped by category, with bulk-toggle.
  • Security: change password, enable 2FA (TOTP or passkey), manage active sessions.
  • Privacy: revisit cookie choices, request a data export, request account deletion.
  • Payout methods: see every available method + per-method fees and limits.

Help & support

Three ways to get help:

  • /faq — the most common questions, answered.
  • /help — open a support ticket. Replies arrive by email and in your /help/tickets thread.
  • Community Discord — link in /help.

We reply within a few hours during weekdays. VIP tiers get priority routing.

Account safety

  • Use a strong, unique password. Enable 2FA from /settings/security.
  • We’ll email you on every new-device sign-in. If you didn’t do it, change your password and revoke the session.
  • Never share your account, password, 2FA codes, or referral link from inside an account that isn’t yours.
  • One account per person. Multi-accounting forfeits all earned balance.
  • VPN / proxy = banned. Offers credit based on real geolocation; spoofing voids your account.
